·Soft jaw forming setup can be completed within one minute. Machining is completed in a short time. Even inexperienced users can perform centering with a single touch. Core runout accuracy is improved to 10 microns.
·It also increases your grasping power.
·No jigs such as cores, rings, etc. are required.
·Tightening margin can be freely adjusted by simply rotating the chuck mate to the left or right.
·On NC lathes, it does not interfere with permanent tooling, and caliper measurements can be taken while the caliper is still attached.
·It is lightweight, easy to handle, has a simple structure, and can be used for a long time.
·Grip chuck, tension chuck, and pass-through molding can all be done easily with this one tool.
·The bolt hole of the soft jaw is used for the hole for inserting the stop pin. No need to drill taps or extra holes.
·All you have to do is insert 3 set pins into the spot facing holes of the soft jaw mounting holes, tighten the chuck (open the tension chuck), and you are ready to go!
