● Before use,
select one tube according to the temperature of cooling water Please give me.
2 Tubes can be used with both cooling water and oil. (※ M-WE is only water)
3 When inserting a tube into a mold cooling one-touch joint or tightening joint, cut both ends of the tube at a right angle before use.
Be careful when the end face of the tube is cut diagonally, as it may cause dropout of the tube or water leakage trouble.
4 Attach the hot water tube to the one-touch fitting in combination with the dedicated insert sleeve .
Please note that using a hot water tube without an insert sleeve may cause the tube to come off or leak problems.
(5) The breaking pressure of the hot water tube (M-SFT) decreases as the temperature rises. Therefore, when using at high temperatures, check the breaking pressure table in [Standards / Delivery tab] before using.
6 Tightening Fittings StraightWhen reattaching the tube to the tightening joint L-shape , cut the part once attached and then attach it.
Keep in mind that it may cause drop-off of the tube and water leakage if it is installed as it is.

●Notes
① Select an appropriate tube in accordance with cooling water temperature.
② Tube can be used for both cooling water and oil. (Water only for M-WE)
③ Cut the tube end squarely (at a right angle) to put it into a quick-fitting mold joint or bolting joint-otherwise the tube may come out unexpectedly or cause water leakage.
④ Use the special insert sleeve together with these tubes to connect to a quick-fitting mold joint.Use without an insert sleeve may cause the tube to fall off unexpectedly or result in water leakage.
⑤ The higher the temperature rises, the lower the burst pressure of hot-water tube (M-SFT) falls. Use the tube in high temperature after making sure of the burst pressure.
⑥ When fitting the tube to bolting joints again, fit it after cutting the part fitted before.
Usage without cutting could cause the tube to fall off unexpectedly or result in water leakage.
