[Features]
· Refrigerated air dryer that protects pneumatic equipment from moisture.
· Removes the vapor from the moist compressed air delivered by the compressor, and prevents it from causing the pneumatic equipment to fail.
· Voltage (IDF190D-3): Three-phase: 200 V AC (50 Hz) / 200/220 V AC (60 Hz).
· Voltage (IDF190D-9): Three-phase different voltage (built-in transformer).
· Power supply voltage: 220 V / 380 V / 400 V / 415 V / 440 V.

Structure Principle Diagram (Air/Refrigerant Circuit)

High temperature humid air from the air compressor passes through the air re-heater (1) and is pre-cooled by dehumidified cool air. Then it is cooled to the specified temperature by the air cooler (2) using the evaporation heat of the refrigerant.
At this time, the oil mist and moisture generated by condensation are automatically exhausted by the auto drain (3).
The cooled and dehumidified air goes back to the air re-heater (1), and heat is exchanged with hot air that flows into the air re-heater. It is supplied as dry warm air without "sweating" in the piping system.
