A base mounted type compact proportional control solenoid valve that can control the flow rate smoothly according to the current.
[Features]
· Repeatability: 3% or less.
· Hysteresis: 10% or less.
· Lifespan: 25 million cycles.
· Body material: Equivalent to C37 or SUS304 / Sealing material: FKM.
· The valve returns to closed position when power supply is OFF. Leakage amount when OFF is 5 cm³/min or less.
· Suitable for vacuum applications.
· Operation noise when opening/closing the valve is reduced.
· Can be mounted on manifolds.
