*1: Amount of leakage from the OUT port side when pressure is applied to the IN port.
*2: Vibration-resistance: No malfunction when tested with 1 sweep of 10 to 150 Hz in the axial direction and at a right angle to the armature in both energized and non-energized states.

*2: The operating pressure range is from 1 Torr (1.33 × 102 Pa) to 0.6 MPa for low vacuum specifications. Check with SMC if using at 1 Torr (1.33 × 102 Pa) or less. Do not use in situations when a vacuum must be maintained such as for leak testing as the product does permit some leakage.
