*1: The maximum operating pressure differential varies depending on the flow direction of the fluid.
*2: The operating pressure range is from 1 Torr (1.33 × 102 Pa) to 0.6 MPa for low vacuum specifications. Check with SMC if using at 1 Torr (1.33 × 102 Pa) or less. Do not use in situations when a vacuum must be maintained such as for leak testing as the product does permit some leakage.
