By attaching the cutting cover to the upper part of the main body cover, the main body is protected from severe and concentrated impact by the deformed pallet and other workpieces, so it is suitable for pallet transport and heavy duty workpiece transport.
Due to the structure of the conventional ball transfer, dust easily enters inside and it is difficult to remove it once it enters, so it was not good at harsh operating environments with water (seawater, muddy water, etc.), oil, dust, etc.
The plain bearing dust discharge type takes advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P) and has holes (slits) in the receiving part and ball cover part of the small ball to discharge dust and water that have entered inside.
Atec's dust discharge type plain bearing realizes a drastic solution of discharging dust by taking advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P).
The company has succeeded in drastically solving the problem of rotation failure due to dust, which is different from the conventional countermeasures against dust intrusion (rubber seal, etc.). The plain bearing uses an original spherical surface (PAT.P) with a new mechanism that is completely different from conventional ball transfers, so it does not receive a load on the small ball receiving surface directly under the large ball. With this structure, it is possible to make a large number of dust removal holes. A hole is made in the receiving part of the small ball to discharge dust and water that have entered inside. It works normally even under harsh conditions and maintains smooth rotation.
