A plain bearing designed for use in a dust environment that can transport the workpiece freely in any direction with a light force.
[Features]
·Dust discharge holes are processed in the receiving part of the small ball to improve rotation failure due to dust and water that have entered inside.
·An upward plain bearing that can be used even in harsher environments than before.
·PV120UFH is a single-action mount type plain bearing that does not require bolts for mounting.
[Applications]
·Since the starting friction resistor is 3/100 or less, it is ideal for transporting and positioning heavy objects.
·Since it has a dust discharge hole, it is effective for use in a dust environment such as powdery dust.

Example of use 1: heavy duty workpiece transfer / storage
It is strong against impact from the side.
It discharges dust inside.
By attaching the cutting cover to the upper part of the main body cover, the main body is protected from severe and concentrated impact by the deformed pallet and other workpieces, so it is suitable for pallet transport and heavy duty workpiece transport.
Product Specifications
Due to the structure of the conventional ball transfer, dust easily enters inside and it is difficult to remove it once it enters, so it was not good at harsh operating environments with water (seawater, muddy water, etc.), oil, dust, etc.
The plain bearing dust discharge type takes advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P) and has holes (slits) in the receiving part and ball cover part of the small ball to discharge dust and water that have entered inside.
Atec's dust discharge type plain bearing realizes a drastic solution of discharging dust by taking advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P).
The company has succeeded in drastically solving the problem of rotation failure due to dust, which is different from the conventional countermeasures against dust intrusion (rubber seal, etc.). The plain bearing uses an original spherical surface (PAT.P) with a new mechanism that is completely different from conventional ball transfers, so it does not receive a load on the small ball receiving surface directly under the large ball. With this structure, it is possible to make a large number of dust removal holes. A hole is made in the receiving part of the small ball to discharge dust and water that have entered inside. It works normally even under harsh conditions and maintains smooth rotation.
Conventional product
The conventional product is not good at harsh operating environments such as water, oil, and dust because dust easily enters inside.
Original spherical surface (PAT.P)
It discharges dust that has entered inside and demonstrates its power even in harsh operating environments.
Garbage discharge hole
It is possible to make a dust discharge hole at the bottom by taking advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P).

Plain bearing selection method
Depending on the dimensional tolerance of the plain bearing main body and the condition of the mounting surface, the load may not be evenly applied to all the plain bearings.
Therefore, in the plain bearing PV-H series dust discharge type, "Workpiece weight × 1.5 ≤ plain bearing load capacity × number of plain bearings on the bottom of the workpiece" can be a guide to choose a plain bearing.
Selection example
When selecting a workpiece weight of 500 kg PV120H, "500 × 1.5 ≤ 120 kgf × 7 pcs." can be a guide.
