A new innovation of a square cylinder with a guide, born from the pursuit of cost-effectiveness and ease of use.

·Non-rotating accuracy is 3 grades according to the structure of the guide part: standard type ±0.3 or less, bearing type ±0.1 or less, long bearing type ±0.05 or less
·With 5 types of cylinder diameters from ø16 to ø40, you can select the accuracy according to the application, and you can build a pneumatic drive system with extremely high cost-effectiveness
·The guides on both sides integrated with the cylinder are compact and lightweight
·Moreover, the stiffness is sufficient. The main body with a sophisticated design with few protrusions supports various mounting methods
·Piping and wiring are also integrated, and its design offers easy installation, adjustment, and maintenance
·Equipped as standard with a sensor indicator that allows the operating point of the sensor switch to be confirmed from the outside and a magnet for the sensor switch
·The compact sensor switch can be installed neatly and without protrusions, and adjustment is easy
·The compact shock absorber unit with the same design as the main body has a newly designed compact built-in shock absorber. 1 can be attached to each of the standard (single rod) cylinders on both sides of the guide rod
·Absorbs impact by utilizing the flow resistance of oil when the piston stops at the stroke end

Product Specifications
Achieves high non-rotating accuracy with guides on both sides integrated with the cylinder
- Non-rotating accuracy is ±0.3° or less for standard (bushing) type and ±0.1° or less for bearing type. If it is a long bearing type, it can be selected from ±0.05 or less and 3 grades ø16 to 40 (diameter 16 to 40 mm), 5 types of cylinder diameters according to the guide structure, and the accuracy according to the application can be selected, and you can build a pneumatic drive system with extremely high cost-effectiveness.
- The guides on both sides integrated with the cylinder are compact and lightweight. Moreover, the stiffness is sufficient. The main body with a sophisticated design with few protrusions supports various mounting methods. Piping and wiring are also integrated, and its design offers easy installation, adjustment, and maintenance.
