Frequently asked question (FAQ)
- Question: What do meter-in and meter-out mean in the control directions?
- Answer: Meter-out controls exhaust pressure and is used for double-acting cylinders. Meter-in controls intake pressure and is used for single-acting cylinders. To tell them apart, see the A and B engraved on the adjusting screws.
- Question: How can the cylinder speed be adjusted to go faster?
- Answer: Turn the needle counterclockwise from the full-closed position. Be sure to tighten the lock nut at the desired speed to keep the setting from deviating.
