Sprocket for acceleration and carrier chain

KANA dedicated sprocket for acceleration and carrier chains.

[Features]
· Special roller structure allows chain speed to stop at approximately 1/2.5 of the pallet speed.
· Therefore, it is optimal for lines that have issues with running noise quietness.
· Also, because it has excellent rise response after accumulation not obtainable with general free flow chains, it is optimal for assembly lines and the like that have repeated conveyance and stagnation.
· In comparison with conventional side rollers and top rollers, carrier chains allow for better stability of transported goods and compactification of running parts and return parts.
· New type of free flow chain to replace top rollers, with rollers for conveyance that are positioned above the pitch line for stabler conveyance than top rollers
