Specifications/Overview
● XAL coating with excellent lubricity exhibits stable abrasion resistance in raw material machining in particular, and improves shape accuracy of the workpiece.
● The unique tip pocket shape enables groove cutting at cut depth equal to that of the 2-flute type.
● By adopting a stub blade length 1.5 times longer than the blade diameter, the bottom surface can be machined while suppressing chattering.
● Compared to 30° torsion square end mills, high speed machining with rotation and feed of more than twice the speed is possible.
XAL coating is not conductive. Conduction type tool setter cannot be used.
