Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.
■Part Number for Clean & Pack Products
· Degreasing (Anti-rust single packing) : Part Number SL-□□
· Precision cleaning (Degassing double packing) : Part Number SH-□□
· Electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning (Degassing double packing) : Part Number SHD-□□

■Notes
Cleaning also removes rust prevention oil, which may make the product more susceptible to rusting than an uncleaned product.
Please be careful about the application location and storage environment.

A coupling that has a completely integrated structure with a slit cylindrical material.
[Features]
· 0 backlash.
· Short. All stainless steel type is also standardized.
·A metal spring coupling that has a completely integrated structure with a slit cylindrical material.
·A slit leaf spring allows for angular and axial misalignment.
[Applications]
·For transfer mechanism, XY stages, parts feeders, etc.

(i)Caution

  • See here for related information such as technical information on cleaning effects and other cleaned product lineups.
  • Cleaning also removes rust prevention oil, which may make the product more susceptible to rusting than an uncleaned product.
Please be careful about the application location and storage environment.

* d1, d2 Identical Diameter = d1 + 0.5
d1, d2 Different Diameters = Large Shaft Diameter + 0.5

·CPLSC and CPSSC in D12 to 32 have 1 clamping screw.

[ ! ] Recommended Tolerance of Shaft Diameter: h7.
[ ! ] The lateral, angular, and axial misalignment values shown are for each occurring individually. When multiple misalignments are occurring simultaneously, the allowable maximum value of each will be reduced to 1/2.
[ ! ] See here for selection criteria.
[ ! ] Tolerances for d1 and d2 are values before slit machining.
