树脂材料包覆的凸轮随动器具有一定的弹性，在作为传送滚子使用时，具有弹性的套筒可以在高速旋转中保护与套筒接触的器件，尤其适用于运送一些易于损坏的器件（如半导体，液晶屏器件）；并且树脂材料相对于金属来说耐腐蚀，耐磨损的性能都更加优越，在作为导向滚子来代替轴承使用时，树脂材料比金属材料更耐磨损，使用寿命也更长。在配对侧为曲面时，树脂材料的表面与曲面的接触摩擦力更大，从而凸轮随动器能更稳定地相对于曲面做摆动而不产生滑动。例如尼龙和聚氨酯材料，尼龙和聚氨酯材料相对于传统的树脂材料制造的套筒在保留了原本的弹性与耐磨损等优良性质的基础上，在硬度上有很大提升，从而可以在一定程度上代替传统的全金属凸轮随动器来进行更高精度的作业。

将树脂压入凸轮轴承随动器的类型。树脂吸收配对侧的冲击，起到抑制旋转时的噪音的作用。在凸轮轴承随动器上烧结聚氨酯的类型。聚氨酯吸收配对侧的冲击，起到抑制旋转时的噪音的作用。

使用案例
安装时请勿用锤子直接敲打凸轮轴承的凸缘部，否则会造成旋转不良或者断裂。请用内六角棒扳手固定内六角进行固定，然后用扳手转动螺母拧紧。
注意事项
注意
・如果凸轮轴承随动器掉落地面，或者用力敲击，则可能导致损坏。
・施加冲击时，即使外观看不出有损坏，也可能导致功能受损，敬请注意。
・凸轮轴承随动器适用于径向负载，不太适用于推力负载，因此请避免施加推力负载之类的使用方法。
・请尽量使带树脂凸轮随动器的倾斜角度为零。
