[What is HW coating]
・It is a coating that improves the adhesion of the TiCN film by applying WPC treatment to the base of the TiCN coating.
Since the coating film is less likely to peel off, the life of the punch can be expected to be longer than that of conventional TiCN.
・By reviewing the surface treatment, it is possible to reduce maintenance man-hours and total costs.
